Last Chance to Submit and/or Nominate for Catholic School Council Elections is Mon. Sept. 19th by 4:00 p.m.

The Education Act mandates that School Council elections take place within the first 30 days of the new school year. Elections (if required) for St. Teresa of Calcutta Catholic School will take place on Thursday, September 22, at 6:30 p.m. in the Learning Commons (during the Meet the Staff Open House).

Parental Involvement Survey Feedback

Parental Involvement Survey Feedback

This past June, we sent home a ‘Parent Involvement Survey’ to all families with the hopes of obtaining feedback on some of the areas we most value at BTOC, including: communication, learning at home and school, and school volunteers! We received a great response, and we want to take this opportunity to thank all of the families who took the time to complete the survey and share their valuable feedback and suggestions with us. Please click on attached for a summary of results. The next step is to bring this information for further discussion at various levels of our school, including the Catholic School Council, School Success Team, and BTOC staff meetings. We are hoping that this feedback will help us to set some new initiatives for the next year, which will continue to improve all aspects of our children’s learning and school experiences. Please stay tuned for more information in future newsletters. Thank you again for your feedback – as always, it is very much appreciated!
